Favorite quote: "Don't be like the cat who
wanted a fish but was afraid to get his paws wet."
Bio:
I am a natal woman and am happily married to Rachel, who is
a crossdresser. I’ve been involved in the transgender community for
over 10
years, and currently serve as Activities Director for the River City
Gems.
As a trans ally, I care deeply about
the personal and
political issues affecting crossdressers, transsexuals, and other
gender-variant people. As a feminist, I am committed to working for the
equality of all women, including those who face the extra challenge of
having
been born with male anatomy.
When I’m not taking care of Gems
business, I can usually be
found experimenting in the kitchen or spoiling my pets – a very
talkative black
cat named Lucy and a surly house rabbit named Torpedo. In the evenings
I like
to snuggle with Rachel on the couch and watch movies, or curl up in bed
with a
good book. Being married to a crossdresser has helped me rediscover the
fun of
playing with clothes and makeup, and I especially love costume parties
and
events where I can dress up!
I treasure all the wonderful
girlfriends whom I’ve met
through the Gems, and I look forward to many more years with this
incredible
organization.
