TransGender San Francisco is the largest transgender organization in
the USA! TGSF is a group for all members of the transgendered community.

California Dreamin, is an annual transgender conference held in San
Jose. The next conference is 17th through 20th of April 2008. There
will be a full schedule of seminars and presentations on TG related
subjects, also parties, a spouses and SO's brunch, and a large banquet.

Fantasia Fair is a week-long transgender event held every October in
the GLBT resort town of Provincetown, Massachusetts. The Fair is a
“full immersion” experience, meaning that attendees can and usually do
spend an entire week living 24/7 presenting their gender as they
wish. Fantasia Fair started in 1975, “FanFair” is the oldest and
longest-running gathering of transgender persons for mutual education,
support, collaboration and socializing.
